The PCSA was born around 2019 . It was started off by Mr. Raj Mohan,Proprietor of the Millennium Kingdom – Billiards and Snooker Training Centre in the Mission Street, Pondicherrry, now Puducherry. This gentle Business Man took the unknown Raj Mohan under his wing . Under his care, PCSA undertook the administration of the game in Puducherry with rare enthusiasm. PCSA was affiliated to BSFI in the same year and players were sent for participating Nationals 2020 which was held in Pune and Gujarat.
